9/28/25: Big, powerful post player. Solid touch around the rim. At times, excellent touch around the rim. Footwork was not elite, but certainly better than average for a high school big. Understood how to use his power without fouling. He can improve as a fighter for position. When he gets a guy on his back, Jacob is very difficult to guard. Sunday a defender here or there scrapped around him and dissuaded post feeders. With his strength and size Jacob is capable of keeping those pesky defenders on his backside, but it will take some significant work. The next step in his basketball evolution will be consistent 10-12′ shooting.
