His crossover is sharp, his hesitation game precise, allowing him to split help or attack gaps with timing and burst. As a playmaker, he sees the floor well, reading the second and third levels of the defense to deliver accurate passes to open teammates.

dominated the 3v3 no dribble drill as he moved without the ball well setting screens to get himself wide open shots on all three levels. He played intense against opposing players stealing the ball out of their hands and giving them no room to create opportunities for themselves. During the AAU season I got the opportunity to watch him play against players with high school experience. I believe his transition into high school basketball will be smooth based on his past summer.

Jacob White is a pure shooter that will shoot from deep range if left open, so he is someone you want to stay attached to on the perimeter if you’re a defender. Knocking down multiple shots throughout the weekend you can tell his confidence rose with every three he knocked down each time. He is good at spacing the floor on offense finding himself open on a lot of his 3-point attempts.

A confident shooter with range and the ability to make tough shots off the dribble. He can shoot the ball very accurately from deep, with a bouncy first step he will glide past you and get in between defenders for pull up jumpers. He can be a primary ball handler, capable of some playmaking duties but fits best off ball as a scoring threat. He understands spacing well as far as not clogging the court, sitting around waiting for open shots. Uses screens well and can find guys on the roll.
