HCV lost to the Huskies but Brandt was impressive with 22 points and he knocked down some big shots for the Burros.

WHY? He is unbelievably intriguing with his game changing height and length. Brandt is also skilled and smart. His shooting range extends beyond the arc and he hits triples consistently. His post game, moves, and feet continue to improve. Jacob is also a productive rim protector. Brandt is unsigned and I expect the college coaches to all be looking closely at Jacob. I am interested to see his physicality around the basket. Does he float outside or does he back people down on the block? Jacob has the potential to be one of the elite BIGs on Sunday. Will he play like it?

He has really improved in the past year & his game is evolving. Brandt has showed some great footwork around the rim & he finishes with a soft touch. His length is intriguing & there are not many guys that can spread the floor and shoot it at 6’9″ like Brandt.

WHY? I do not know all of the Minnesota player coming to Camp, but Brandt should be one of the best BIGs at Memorial Auditorium today. Will he show that killer instinct and dominate? I want to see him get a smaller defender on him and see Jacob play bully ball. I love his length and his ability to spread the floor. His perimeter jump shot is intriguing. The way he runs the floor and shares the ball is noteworthy. All the pieces are there for Mr. Brandt. His post moves seem to have really improved in the past 6 months. I am interested to see him in PNR situations on both sides of the ball. Will he be the best BIG and how does he move his feet on defense?
