McNulty is a hooper. He can simply hoop. He can do anything you need from him and is a competitor. He plays hard every time I watch him play. He has a really good knack for scoring the ball. He has supreme confidence in his game and can score with the best of them. He is a sneaky athlete. He has a good basketball IQ and a feel for the game.

McNulty played very well Saturday morning and led his team to a very solid win. He has good size with some sneaky athleticism. McNulty had a putback dunk that sealed the win for his team. He is a tough player who plays hard while he is on the floor. He does a great job of slashing. He has great footwork and body control. He decelerates well and shows good patience on his drives. He makes good moves while driving and he finishes the ball with a high efficiency. He has a good shot as well but did most of his damage attacking the basket.

A player who was ready to breakout as a Junior, McNulty averaging 18 points and 9 rebounds a game, earning first team all conference in the process showed off his talents. McNulty recently scored a career-high 32 points in a win over Port Clinton, showing his growth as a scorer. I love the strength and physicality that he plays with on both ends of the court. I’m excited to check McNulty out this summer to see some of the scoring confidence against better competition.

A high motor player, McNulty was productive because he simply played harder than a lot of the players he shared the court with this weekend. Going hard after every loose ball and rebound, McNulty grabbed numerous offensive rebounds and helped his team get extra possessions in both games I caught. Liked his length defensively as he blocked a shot and bothered a few more at the rim. An impressive athlete, McNulty finished at or above the rim a few times when he was able to get a nice running start into the paint. Would like to see McNulty’s offensive game come around but his current production and motor makes him a valuable piece to the Ohio Buckets 16 U squad.
