About Jackson

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

A 6’3” junior guard/forward with a versatile, high-impact game. A high-level perimeter shooter who stretches the floor with range. I crash the glass hard and rebound at a strong rate on both ends. Defensively, I am physical and disciplined, capable of guarding both post players and perimeter guards effectively. I play with a high motor and bring energy every possession. I am also a vocal leader.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I carry myself with humility and maturity. I am respectful, coachable, and genuinely care about my teammates both on and off the court. I have a positive attitude and team-first mindset. I lead by example and effort before words. I have a high work ethic, constantly putting in extra time to improve my game and never cutting corners. I am dependable, self-motivated, and resilient.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved in several activities other than basketball, but I focus mainly on golf after basketball. I was a member of the National Junior Honor Society in Missouri. I also have volunteered regularly throughout my life, especially at the Hollywood YMCA in Hollywood, Florida.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed strong leadership and teamwork skills through basketball, consistently putting the team first and leading by example with effort, attitude, and accountability. I take pride in being a reliable teammate who communicates well, supports others, and helps create a positive team culture.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced several significant challenges throughout my life, but would prefer to keep them private at this time.

What type of college are you looking for?

A college that allows me the opportunity to play basketball while pursuing my dream of becoming a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.
