Leader of the bounce back win for the Bulldogs. Full stat line of 21 points and 13 rebounds, while also handing out a few assists. Displayed his evolution as a complete scorer by attacking the rim with more power. Also hit from deep and the mid-range for a well rounded scoring day. Did his best to create advantages for his team by pushing and looking to assist. Or outright recording steals and scores by himself. Very good all around showing, especially to respond from a tough Tuesday game.

Sheriff’s game has evolved over the years. While he remains a silky shooter from three, often looking great running off screens and spotting up from deep. He has consistently looked smoother on the ball, snaking his way into the mid-range and even to the rim at times. Had a very productive June for the Bulldogs as their new go to option. He’s also played a key role on a Team Oklahoma squad that is one of the better regional AAU teams, and have earned a chance to compete at a national level next month. If Sheriff keeps producing like he has, we’re likely too low for a player who can light it up from deep and score like he does.

played with great offensive versatility and skills on both ends of the court, making him the most standout all-around player in the 16U division. He proved to be effective in various roles and positions, showing proficiency both with and without the ball, particularly from beyond the arc and from the short corner. His well-built upper body made him incredibly tough to keep out of the lane as he navigated through traffic and finished strongly, even amidst tight defense, displaying the strength and burst to absorb and score through contact. Sheriff’s attacking mentality was remarkable, his lethal first step and mean crossover, allowed him to penetrate the defense with ease. His exceptional straight-line speed further bolstered his effectiveness, especially in transition and open court situations. While he excelled as a scorer,

also showcased high level playmaking skills, setting up his teammates with precise passes near the block. Another one of Sheriff’s standout attributes was his competitive spirit and composure on the court, always being locked into the action. Despite being the focal point of the offense and facing constant defensive attention, Sheriff consistently shouldered the scoring load while remaining poised and in control. His ability to thrive in pressure situations and deliver consistent performances made Jack one of, if not the, most valuable player of the weekend.

looks impressive every event I see him at. Today was no different. On numerous occasions, he drove and finished in traffic. He utilized a quick first step, the ability to be slithery in traffic, and focus to finish at the rim. He knocked down a few free throws in the game, as well. On the first possession of the game, he hit a three just seconds in. He grabbed a few rebounds, including a couple of offensive rebounds. One of these led to free throws and the other resulted in a putback. It was a good offensive game by him.
