Olszewski stood out in semi-final matchup with hard nosed play and willingness to compete. Really got into rhythm during second half and helped team almost secure a full comeback after being down by nearly 20. Went into attack mode consistently and fought through contact. Defensively was active to get into passing lanes to help create offense off of D. Had team high 17 and helped squad to a semi-final finish in a 60+ team bracket.

Made a major impact in momentum-changing plays against Breakaway National Red. Active defensively with steals that turned into transition finishes, including an and-one take and a separate steal leading to a dunk. Created extra possessions with offensive rebounds and putback scoring. He found ways to swing energy. Also showed promise as a ball-handler with flashes of creating for himself, and flashed an impressive quick tip pass.

Jack is an explosive slasher for this Milwaukee Trailblazers team. He was a major transition threat, and has the bounce to get up and finish above the rim when he has a clear path to the basket. Against Rise Above he got out in transition for a two handed dunk, as well as a couple other finishes throughout the game. Good instincts to jump passing lanes for steals, and he provides an extra rebounding presence with his ability to high point the ball off the rim. He helped his team put together a 4-0 record.

One of the many talented players on the Milwaukee Trailblazers club team, Olszewski is a dynamic shot maker. Jack hit a deep three in the afternoon game I watched him and has a quick and efficient release. Outside of his ability to shoot the basketball, I was impressed with Olszewski’s ability to create downhill, pivot correctly around the rim, and score at the rim. Olszewski is perfect in the Trailblazer’s dribble drive motion offense with his natural ability to get to the rim with his skillset. In the victory over the Northern Lakers, Jack finished with 11 points and was impressive on both sides of the basketball.
