How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
Jack is a high-IQ prospect with a natural feel for the game. He excels at playing through contact and displays a refined ability to facilitate for others while remaining a scoring threat from all three levels. Defensively, he uses his length and anticipation to disrupt passing lanes and ignite the transition game. A high-motor player who consistently makes winning plays.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
Jack brings a unique "gridiron grit" to the hardwood. As a year-round multi-sport athlete and middle linebacker, he possesses a level of physical toughness and lateral agility that separates him from typical 13-year-old prospects. He doesn't shy away from contact in the paint; instead, he seeks it out to create advantages.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
Jack maintains a rigorous year-round training schedule as a dual-sport athlete (Basketball and Football). His involvement is centered on his school and club athletic organizations, where he has earned a reputation for elite time management, discipline, and academic consistency.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
Through my annual volunteer work at Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, I’ve developed a strong sense of social responsibility and operational teamwork. Working in a high-paced environment to provide for the Indianapolis community has taught me how to communicate effectively under pressure and contribute to a goal much larger than myself.
This experience has reinforced my 'servant-leader' mentality.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
My primary challenge is the discipline required to compete at a high level in both basketball and football year-round. Balancing the physical demands of being a linebacker with the skill and finesse needed for basketball requires elite time management and a 'no-days-off' mentality. I’ve embraced the challenge of constantly transitioning between different physical styles.
What type of college are you looking for?
t this stage, I am focused on finding a college that offers the right balance of high-level athletic competition and academic excellence. I am looking for a program with a strong 'family' culture and a coaching staff that prioritizes player development both on and off the court. I am open to exploring all divisions and locations to find the best overall fit for my goals as a student-athlete.
