Expert Analysis
Ari Rosenfeld | Prep Hoops Scout
Fitzpatrick largely flew under the radar in the small-school New Jersey public landscape while scoring over 1,000 points at Henry Hudson HS, but looks to be making the most of his post-grad year thus far with a smooth, translatable skillset that could warrant scholarship-level attention as he proves himself further. The sweet-shooting guard helped keep things within striking distance with a pair of 2nd-quarter triples before adding another in the final minutes to aid in Bridgeport’s thrilling comeback with an 11-point effort. With solid positional size and flashes of skill and IQ off the bounce, he’s far from a one-trick pony with the type of plug-and-play skillset that college coaches covet.

was dominant during the 3 v 3 scrimmaging and was dominant as the lead ball handler for his team. His handle was outstanding and could manipulate his body with the ball to create space effectively. He was hitting step-back and pull-up threes while using his gravity to get inside for easy uncontested finishes. Lastly, he made some slick passes, highlighted by a no-look pass that was spectacular.
