Player Bio

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

All around play that can create my own shot from 3, mid range, and attacking the rim. I am good at involving other teammates. I am long and can give trouble on defense outside and inside.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I like to communicate with my team and get to know them. I try to be coachable and am willing to improve and get better.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and have been involved with The Boy Scouts of America. At school, I have received awards from the National Honor Society.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am getting more confident in myself and learning to communicate with others to be a better leader. I have good teamwork skills by being on multiple basketball teams and having to gain and give trust while learning how to play with new teammates. I help in my community by doing service projects and trying to be nice to others and just help in general.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have had a lot of skeptics, from coaches to peers. I even had some recent coaches try to get me to quit playing basketball. I have learned to push on and to be stronger by practicing harder and getting others around me that believe in me. I am now playing for a previous NBA coach, weight training with a championship powerlifter, & getting nutrition guidance from a college nutritionist.

What type of college are you looking for?

I don't have a preference for a specific college, but I want a place that wants to use me and help me toward my future, whether that's playing basketball or not. I'm looking for a college that will help me advance, even if that means working my way up from a lower level.
