His Wayne prep squad is on a three-game winning streak, and his stellar play is one of the reasons why. In their most recent matchup with Living Water Christian on Monday he led his team to a win on the road with 29 Points and 10 rebounds. The ability he has to score the ball in multiple ways is one of the reasons why college coaches should be dropping in to see him.

Clearly the leader on a team that does not necessarily have a high amount of varsity playing experience, he leads the way in just about every stat category. He can score the ball in bunches from all three levels, and we love the fact that he can make plays above the rim on both sides of the ball.

Thomas is an electric lead guard prospect to keep an eye on this season at Wayne Prep in the Goldsboro area. He averaged 13.3 PPG, 5.1 RPG, 5.4 APG, 3.7 SPG and 1.0 BPG on 54 percent shooting from the field. He’s an athletic guard who can operate off the bounce and get to his spots with ease given his strength. He can knock down shots on the perimeter and defend at a high level as well. He’s a prospect that HBCU programs in the area should get eyes on.
