Though the 6’6” Pina is listed as a wing, he plays like a rim-running big. He is in constant motion and always finds himself around the ball ready to convert. During one possession he was setting a screen for the ball-handler and as he was rolling, the ball was deflected to the opposite side of the lane. Pina was able to recover the ball from that spot out of position and still score and finish the play at the rim. He moves extremely well around the basket and has enough body control already to take contact on his frame and still be able to finish strong.
