Harris made plans to continue his academic and athlete careers with a late pledge to Wartburg College. A bully guard with a nice feel for the game, Harris does a great job of utilizing his frame to get downhill and attack the rim. He can make plays for others off the bounce and shows a good amount of floor vision when he gets into the paint. He’s a terrific rebounder for his position, on both ends of the floor, showing a solid nose for the ball and a good understanding of how to carve out space. Defensively, he’s physically strong enough to guard up a position, mobile enough to guard down a position, and has the IQ to allow him to fit into any team’s scheme. Wartburg gets a college ready prospect in the back-court that eventually could develop into a multi-year starter in the American Rivers Conference.
