showed exactly what it looks like when a guard truly knows how to run a team. He finished with 16 points, knocking down two threes, while controlling pace and keeping the offense organized from start to finish.
Clendinen does a great job keeping defenders on his back as he probes, patiently reading the floor before deciding whether to score or deliver the pass. He’s shifty, plays with excellent tempo, and has real touch on his jumper when he gets into his spots.
One of the standout moments came right before half time when he recorded a strip steal, immediately pushed the ball in transition, and capped the sequence with a behind-the-back pass to Donovan Edwards who laid it in before the buzzer sounded. Plays like that sum up his game—poised, creative, and always under control.

is already a household name and for good reason. The 5’10” lefty point guard has that it factor. The type of it that “IT” (Isaiah Thomas) has, where size doesn’t hold him back against any level of competition. Clendinen plays like a true lead guard with all the tools that a 6’2” floor general embodies.
Clendinen has a deep offensive bag, especially inside the arc. He’s crafty, efficient and can create space to get to his spots with ease. Whether it’s a pull-up, floater or midrange jumper, Isaiah gets it off clean and makes it count.
Don’t be surprised when he puts up big numbers this season. He’s poised for a breakout year and with the way he reads the game and controls tempo, more college coaches will be taking notice.

He’s one of the more consistent point guards in the 2027 class. He’s a solid body, knows how to run a team in half-court. He makes good decisions, knows when it’s time to be aggressive. It’s hard to keep the stocky guard from getting into the paint for points, and assists when he makes up his mind. He doesn’t mind the physical play. He can stop and pop mid-range jumpers, and knock down 3’s. He’s faster then he looks. 5 assists per game.

He’s been a consistent performer this Spring against quality competition. The solid body point guard does well settling the team in half-court. He’s an excellent pass first guard with the ability to generate his own buckets. He’ll knock down open 3’s along the perimeter, penetrate the paint, finish or kick it out, he’s hitting the mid-range.
