Isaac Hougas is a five-foot-nine-inch 2030 guard from Annandale and played AAU with Ball City. I got to see Hougas in June in a game where he was lifting his Ball City team much of their contest with shooting and passing. Hougas shows he can handle primary ball handling duties and also play off the ball.
