Gritty, tough and dive after loose balls a hustle player that can shoot the lights out. Ian plays instinctively know when to make the extra pass or take the open shot. Johnson High School has many of the ingredients to have a big season. Ian’s leadership and hustle will assist the big season that is planned for a very strong roster.

It didn’t take long for Ian Rizo Ian Rizo 6'2" | PG San Antonio Johnson | 2025 State TX to put his versatility as a 6’2” point guard on full display. He consistently made the correct play, whether it was reading the defense and passing, knocking down shots when needed, handling the ball, or initiating the offense. Rizo showed a great competitive spirit, actively involving himself in every possession and never giving up on a play. His high-intensity defense and unyielding effort marked him as a “first to the floor” type of player, capable of disrupting the offensive flow and forcing turnovers. As a help-side defender, Rizo excelled at creating steals, further showcasing his all-around game.
