Hogan, I watched in Waubay/Summit’s matchup versus Warner after posting the 2028 rankings. He was matched-up with fellow highly-ranked 2028 prospect Brennan Wolf-Donat Brennan Wolf-Donat Brennan Wolf-Donat 6'2" | SG/SF Warner | 2028 State SD . So that was great for evaluation purposes.

I’m openly admitting I’ve completely slept on him as easily a Top 10 prospect in an insanely crowded group. Hlvacek was a varsity starter and plays away from the ball on the perimeter quite well for a 6’5” Freshman. I adjusted his primary and secondary next-level position projection. He can already put the ball on the floor and get to the hoop from the 3-point line. Also, a solid jumper that seems to be improving as well. He could be a highly versatile four or round out to be a true wing if he continues developing well. High level vertical and gets off the floor to reach a ridiculous high point. If I were to redo the Top 10, I’d have him around #5-#8 ranked prospect.
