This is the first viewing of Matus since transferring to Ironwood Ridge. He shot the ball really well. Came off the bench and immediately knocked down a three. He was shooting the ball confidently going 4/7 from the perimeter. Matus is a very high IQ player and doesn’t waste possessions. Makes high level reads and executes. Strong on ball defender and just as dangerous off the ball picking off passes and disrupting the offenses plays. Matus is looking to have a strong second half of the season for the Nighthawks.
