Hasting is a physical, talented combo guard that knows how to create consistent opportunities for himself and his teammates. He’s a knockdown shooter from beyond the arc and has a nice confidence about him leading the charge down the floor for his squad. One of my favorite things about him offensively is his ability to create space with his off-hand without fouling. He knows how to be just physical enough to get exactly what he wants while staying out of foul trouble. He can create off the dribble and is an impressive passer when he sees an open teammate on his drives to the lane. He makes heads-up plays often and has the ability to positively shift the energy of a game at any moment with his performances.
