About Haley

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a team player who does what my coach needs me to do. I can create, but I do better playing within a system. My biggest strength other than my competitiveness is my shooting. I have a quick release and can shoot well beyond the arc.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I believe in the process. I put in the work and slowly I have gotten better. I have faith that my coaches know how to best use me and that if I continue to follow their directions and work hard, I will eventually achieve my goal of playing college basketball.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I have played travel ball for the past 5 years and currently play for Team Mack 2028. This past travel ball season was great. We won 80% of our games. I personally ahit the best I ever have averaging 5 three pointers per game shooting over 50%.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Playing for team Mack has helped me develop leadership skills and teamwork. I had to learn to have faith in my teammates abilities and as a result they learned to trust me as a leader.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Every day is a challenge. I am constantly working on skills that are not easy to develop. I love the games but practicing is never easy. I’m always pushing myself to get better which is very difficult. I trust the process though.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m very open right now since I just finished my freshmen year. I just want to play college basketball at this point. I hope to figure out a major soon so I can zone in colleges.
