The Evolution’s other standout performer was Gabe Turner. At 6’0 tall, Turner has enough size to make noise in the paint and play down low, while also being able to take shots from mid-range and even knock down shots from beyond the arc on occasion. Having the presence of mind to know when to take the shot and when to drive the lane as well.
Gabe is definitely a player I would like to have on my team, playing very unselfishly and doing some of the dirty work in the paint. He has great size for his age and is a phenomenal rebounder. He was coming away with boards through multiple opponents at a time, instantly getting it to a guard to push up the floor.
