How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I am a guard that puts emphasis on decision making in transition. I can attack the paint, find my open teammates, and I am a 3 level scorer. I also pride myself on playing solid defense. I read my opponents and adjust.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
My mentality is to improve everyday through hard, consistent work. I learn from my mistakes and I am able to take feedback. I use it to adjust my daily workouts.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I volunteer for the local Walleyes for Tomorrow chapter as well as do volunteer work with Trouts Unlimited.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I study how to be a leader and be the best teammate possible. I show my leadership through a high work ethic and I bring energy and my best effort to every drill, practice, scrimmage and game. I have learned to bring my teammates up and I believe that when one of us gets better, we all get better.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
The biggest challenges in basketball that I have faced and continue to face are overcoming other people's opinions of what my abilities and limits are. The other major challenge is continuing to improve in a rural location with limited opportunities and limited number of players with my passion for the game.
