It’s to bad that possibly the most exciting shot blocker and above the rim player will not be able to get noticed during the county playoffs. Hills west had a disappointing season with high expectations. Frank did everything in his power to help them. A high flyer he is very good at catching in traffic and finishing with ferocious dunks. Has a good mid range game from the elbows which Hills West probably should have utilized more. He is more than just a dunker. Uses his athleticism and leaping ability to block shots. At the next level he will have the freedom to get to the rim more off his dribble and athletic ability on his own. Averaged 23 ppg.

Frank is averaging 23 ppg. Easily the best leaper and the most athletic player on the island. Gets most of his points off of lobs using his leaping ability and athleticism. Is a quick jumper, getting up twice while most guys are going once. Possesses a nice mid range game from the elbows. His 140+ field goals by far lead the pack. Runs the floor and scores with highlight film dunks.

We’ve been watching Frank since he was a freshman. The talent has always been there now he has the experience and the confidence to complete the package. Excellent mid range jumper. Can now step out and hit the three consistently. A tremendous leaper.An exciting player in transition or on a drive or off a pass inside. Elite athletic player. A rim protector. With his length and athleticism he has a chance to block everything in the lane.
