Evan Kirby Evan Kirby 5'9" | SG Houston Lamar | 2030 TX showed promise as a perimeter shooter against JW Hoops, displaying the ability to move effectively along the perimeter. His catch-and-shoot ability stood out, as he knocked down multiple attempts from beyond the arc and demonstrated confidence in his outside shot. Kirby does a good job getting his shot off quickly, allowing him to capitalize on opportunities before defenders can close out and contest. His off-ball movement and quick release make him a player who can provide value as a floor spacer within an offensive system. As he continues to develop, Kirby’s perimeter shooting ability will be an important skill to build on as he progresses through the upcoming high school season.
