I got to watch Dugger in the Cleveland Basketball Classic where despite NDCL taking a tough loss, I still got to see why Dugger was special mention all-state as a Junior. Scoring over 20 PPG last season, it’s clear to see the offensive talent that Dugger plays with. I liked his size and he got a couple open looks in transition by running the floor. Dugger is another senior guard who recently went over the 1,000 point mark for his career earlier this month. Certainly worthy of small college looks, Dugger is a name to know around northeast Ohio.
