About Evan

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Team first player, who plays both sides of the ball. Often tasked with guarding the best player on opposing team. Score from all three levels. A vocal leader who leads by example. An unselfish passer who looks to create for his teammates as well.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Self driven high competitiveness. High expectations for self and wants to win the right way. Does not take losing lightly, tries to use it to motivate to work harder. A team first guy. Family is very important along with his faith.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

A church group, along with helping out at Special Olympics and youth camps. An acedemic all state award winner

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Both vocal and example leader, who wants to win the right way with his team. A leader both in the classroom and on the court.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Difficult family situations the last couple of years which have forced me to become stronger mentally. With these events I’ve also grown a bigger understanding of not taking things for granted and valuing family. Loyalty is a big value to me.
