One of the more athletic players in the entire fall league, Foster is a blur in transition. When he gets the ball in his hands, he’s looking to attack off the dribble and make plays going downhill. I thought he did an excellent job of being decisive and using some acrobatic finishes at the rim. Foster was at over 15 PPG as a Junior and could approach 20 PPG this winter.

One of the better athletes in the league, Foster is a strong guard who wants to get to the rim. Fast in the open court, Foster can also use his quick change of direction to get past the initial defender. Once Foster gets by the primary defender, he does a nice job of keeping defenders attached to his hip where he can then either shield them when he goes up at the rim or draw help to kick it out.

The third leading scorer for Clark Montessori last year, I was impressed with Foster in both games I caught of his on Saturday. Hitting a couple hand down, man down 3-pointers, Foster is a guard who must close out on and he will punish you if given time and space. Defensively, Foster caused turnovers with his havoc defense and in one stretch got back-to-back steals that led to fast break scores in a 15 second span. Look for Foster to put up even bigger numbers as a Junior this winter.
