Expert Analysis
Joe Esquivel-Murphy | Prep Hoops Scout
Fraser is one of the shiftiest guard prospects in the class, which he should put on display this season. The 5’10 guard has a tight handle, which he uses to blow by his defender off the bounce and finishes in a variety of ways around the rim. Fraser has a nice touch on his floater and has a good release on his jumper. He is an underrated passer and slides his feet on the defensive end. Fraser is a talented guard prospect who should make plays with the ball in his hands throughout the course of the season.

should have a lot to do with that. Expected to assume lead guard responsibilities for this group and see a high usage rate on the ball, Fraser didn’t seem to be lacking any type of confidence asserting himself and looked rather comfortable creating offense— particularly with his quick twitch ability off the bounce in creating offense for himself and scoring from different areas on the floor while at the same time being a more than willing playmaker who keeps his vision when attacking and finding his teammates in the right spots to be successful.
