Ellis holds onto the third spot in the latest rankings update for the 2025 class as he’s another highly electric guard to know this year on the Overtime Elite stage. He was last year’s OTE MVP after averaging 33.4 points, 6.1 rebounds and 5.1 assists per game on 36 percent shooting from deep and 45.1 percent shooting from the field. He’s set to go out with a bang before heading to the SEC and South Carolina.

He took home MVP honors in the OTE behind strong production of 33.4 PPG, 6.1 RPG, 5.1 APG and 1.8 SPG to lead his squad to a 12-5 record and a No. 1 finish in the regular season. He’ll be a face to keep an eye on in the very near future with the South Carolina Gamecocks with another spring/summer on the horizon to terrorize opposing backcourts.

and his Moravian Prep squad brought their 3-point shooting display to the John Wall Holiday Invitational, but it was anything but an easy outing for them. They fell to Christ School by nine points but he still managed to put together 27 points, five assists, four rebounds and two steals. He had a rough shooting outing on the overall event as he went 38.6 percent shooting from the field and 21.4 percent shooting from deep but he certainly showed why he’s considered a top prospect in the 2025 class in the state. As he polishes his game and ability to make plays for others, he’ll be an intriguing guard to track at South Carolina in the SEC in a few seasons.
