Brown began his ascension up the Prep Hoops SC Rankings at around this time last season, so he was a name highlighted to watch early this Spring. He had a masterful performance in the Hornets’ second game, racking up 29 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals. His scoring attack was different in the two halves – in the first it was more perimeter-minded with the occasional settle while in the second half he was aggressive in getting to the rim. Eli displayed a good handle, great feet, and a high IQ in this game.
