Lowe was perhaps the best floor general on the court during the Sunday afternoon slate of games. Eian ran the offense with ease and controlled the tempo of the contest masterfully to help the Marshall Buffs come away with a key bracket win over Shadow Creek. He was engaged in full lockdown mode on defense, helping to shut down one of the highest ranked recruits coming out of Houston in Mike Collins and came away with several key transition assists off steals. Lowe had several “thread the needle” passes that led to momentum-swinging buckets for his squad and the audience couldn’t have asked for a better performance from this high-level prospect.

Lowe’s on-ball defense was elite due to his quick hands, strategic anticipation, and relentless ball pressure, staying locked into a low defensive stance to stay in front of his opponent, effectively disrupting their dribble and limiting their options. As a playmaker, Lowe read defense and looked to exploit openings consistently, delivering precise passes that generated scoring opportunities for his guards on the perimeter and even his bigs in pick-and-pop situations.

was a true lockdown defender, solidifying his reputation as one of the best defensive point guards in the state. Lowe applied relentless pressure on the opposing point guard, forcing them to exert energy to get the ball up the court, staying attached as they crossed halfcourt, never allowing comfortable offensive setups. Lowe’s elite defensive awareness, lateral quickness, and fast-moving feet allowed him to outmaneuver his opponents on and off the ball. His active hands and quick reflexes translated into the ability to read passing lanes, deflect or intercept passes, and strip the ball from unsuspecting ball handlers. He shows well-polished ball-handling skills, with precise dribbles and movements that consistently take him closer to the basket. Lowe’s pace is herky-jerky, which keeps defenders guessing and on their heels. His ball-handling is so shifty and elusive that he can maneuver, twist, and turn his body to any area of the court. Eian is showing its in him and not on him with his natural feel for the game. Disruptive defensively with his presence in passing lanes. Guard that gets his team into the right sets, and plays with IQ more than skill. TOUGH guard that can finish over taller defenders. Not to mention he crashed the defensive boards.
