About Dylan

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Dylan is a shifty PG that can play any position on the floor. He is very aggressive on defense and can pose as a threat on offense too. He brings a calmness to the floor, controlling the pace of the game and seeing openings on the floor to make the best play. He reads defense very well in every sport he plays. He anticipates the next move and has been very successful in turnovers.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Calm and collected. Doesn't dwell on mistakes, focuses on the next play! Always cheering on his teammates. A leader both on and off the court. When on the bench, he leads by example, standing for subs, high fiving or pumping up the players coming to the bench. On the floor, he is the first to high five an incoming sub. He celebrates his teammates wins.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Swanton Storm Soccer Club NWOAL Swanton Baseball Club Swanton Jr High Track Swanton Jr High Football Swanton Jr High Basketball Swanton Jr High Chorus Honor roll student every quarter

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Dylan is a natural born leader. He takes control respectfully and holds everyone to the same level of accountability. He is the best teammate anyone could have and prefers to celebrate their wins than his own.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Injuries have taken him out of his seasons. He has previously broken both pinky fingers and had to sit for baseball because of it.

What type of college are you looking for?

Currently in 7th grade but aspires to play basketball in college.
