His performance on the court, coupled with his achievements off the court, have made him a standout player. I had the chance to witness his skills again firsthand during a district matchup against Ridge Point High School. Travis High School heavily relied on Dylan’s play to secure the victory. Dylan’s athleticism shines through his ability to play off two feet. He is explosive, collecting rebounds and finishing at the basket. Defensively, he effectively protects the rim using his agility to contest and block shots. I am confident that Dylan’s game will translate seamlessly to the D3 level, where he will continue to excel and contribute to MIT’s success.

Campbell was one of the best athletes at MIT and used his physicality and explosiveness in all the right ways. He attacked the boards with reckless abandon and did an excellent job tracking the ball off the rim, which made him one of the harder-to-box-out guys at camp. He also showcased some impressive above-the-rim athleticism in transition and some really solid instincts in the passing lanes defensively. He could be an excellent forward at the D3 or potentially scholarship level, but an improved shooting stroke would really help him there.

Dylan was a high motor wing during the event as he demonstrated ability to score from all three levels but focused mostly on scoring under the basket and in the midrange. Campbell has a solid post-up game with his back to the basket and constantly hit fadeaway jumpers and spin layups over taller defenders, as well as finding a way to get to the foul stripe and cashing in there. Dylan easily has a case to be one of the more underrated 2026 players in Houston for his senior season

He is the type of player who thrives by playing at a fast pace as he continuously runs the floor in transition and makes plays on the defensive end using his athleticism. Playing with the Houston Jumpers this grassroots season he is producing at a high-level averaging double-digit points and rebounds so far. In the session 1 3Stripes Select Basketball Adidas Circuit Dylan was a top three scorer averaging 24.8 while also averaging 11.8 rebounds and 1 block a game. Offensively he can get into the paint with force using his athleticism to finish aggressively at the basket. Off the ball he is a capable lob threat who runs very well in transition. Dylan can stretch the floor with his catch and shoot ability from the perimeter keeping defenses on their heels. Defensively he makes good rotations blocking shots from weak side coverage while also being able to guard multiple positions.
