About Drew

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

High IQ point guard who can facilitate and score at all 3 levels. High level finisher around the basket with both hands. Pushes the pace and a pass ahead PG. Above average on ball defender at the point of attack. Great teammate and stay in the gym. I love the game and put in work daily to reach my goals.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Elite competitor. Always want to play against the best competition and my play rises during pressure situations. A leader who puts in the extra work necessary to be my best on and off the court.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am a member of the New Mexico Activities Association Student Leadership Council which is made up of student athletes who are chosen to represent their school.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am constantly working on myself to become a better person, athlete, and student. I love being a member of my teams and competing with my teammates. I have volunteered at events to support ALS and participate in coaching for Unified Sports at my school.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a school that provides the best opportunity for me to be challenged athletically and push me academically to be the best I can be. I want to play for a coach that believes in me and allows me to become the best person and player I can become. I want to compete at the highest level and win.

Drew wasted no time proving he’s one of the state’s most dangerous young scorers. He poured in 10 points, including two confident threes and four free throws that came in key moments of the game. Bramlett didn’t just score — he found ways to impact winning, adding four rebounds, two assists, and even a block. His ability to attack defenses, shoot it with range, and pick his spots showed he’s evolving into a three-level scorer who can take over games as the season progresses. La Cueva’s victory was fueled by Bramlett’s ability to put pressure on defenders every time he touched the ball.
