Hamlin has tremendous upside and versatility. At the high school level, he can play multiple positions using his athleticism to attack from the wing and finish in transition and using his length and wingspan to be a difference maker on defense. This allows him to defend both the perimeter and the paint effectively. Hamlin is coming off a terrific grassroots season where he made a great combo with Carman-Ainsworth teammate Chris McLavish.
