A thinner, 5’10” guard from Hammond Central High School, Alvarez was active during 3-on-3 action and then fit in very well to his team in a 5-on-5 setting. Early on in Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp he was active as a cutter in 3-on-3 play while that same off-ball movement translated to the half court in 5-on-5. His catch-and-shoot ability is always something that will be useful on the floor.
