Elite translatable skills are big checkpoints for college coaches and scouts when evaluating at any level. The one skill that every staff wants on their team is shooting. You can never have too much shooting, regardless of level you play at. Deuce is an ELITE shooter. Throughout the day, he was able to sink at least three threes in every game in a variety of ways. Deuce relocates and moves well without the ball to get the best look possible. It’s not just three-point shooting, he showed he can knock down mid-range shots and utilize his frame to finish at the rim. Not enough people are talking about Deuce, but I think that will change after his performance throughout the day and what he is going to do on the court in his freshman year.
