Franco-Suarez is a sign of good fortune, as he led the Cedars to seven wins in just his freshman year. The talented lead guard can score from all three levels. He’s immensely confident with the ball in his hands and can get his teammates involved when necessary. Derek can light up the scoreboard both in the half-court and transition. With last year as a strong indication, Franco is going to become one of the best guards in the state with more experience under his belt.
