Dayson Leerhoff
About Dayson
Expert Analysis
Tony Roe | Prep Hoops Scout
Leerhoff was exceptional as a junior for the Trojans, averaging 22.2 points, 11.7 rebounds, and 1.8 blocks a game. He’s a long, mobile big man who uses his length effectively on both ends of the floor. He has good footwork and touch around the rim, and is enough of a shooting threat that he needs to at least be respected if he’s looking to launch from the arc. His rim protection is huge for Pleasantville, allowing their guards to play more aggressively on the perimeter.

All around stud. Strong body, smooth all around game, beautiful jump shot when give a moment. Can spread the floor for his team. Can handle and create starting outside the arc or can grab the ball inside the lane and go to work over weaker defenders. If he stays dedicated this next season and keeps on expanding his game like has this past year, he is going to be playing for a successful college program out there in the near future if he would like to do so. In general, he is a gamer.
