David played very good ball for Boy’s Latin during their championship run. Made a lot of three point baskets, was very consistent with his open shooting ability. He was always mixed into the play, knew how to go find the ball. In transition Pridgen was successful due to his effort. He was always flying down beating the defense and ready to finish the play. He made a lot of contested layups both in transition and in the halfcourt. David was the consistent player that the young Latin squad looked for in tight moments. He efforts ended in a bracket championship for the Lakers.
