Carr is a do-it-all combo guard who has no glaring offensive weakness. He can shoot it, pass it, and really likes to run the floor in transition. The lefty guard made multiple full-court, one-handed righty passes for layups and also showcased some really solid finishing ability at the hoop. I would imagine Carr could find a low to mid D3 fit.
