Ability to shoot from distance should open the floor for him and his teammates. As he also has the capability to be one of the best set up men in the small town ranks.

Quick point guard, who after a slow first quarter was a handful getting downhill and hitting in the mid-range for Hartshorne. Like his pull up game, it’s smooth, with little wasted motion. Scored a team high 14 points and handed out 3 assists.

Hartshorne finished the year ranked 10th in Class 2A and the addition of the lefty scorer was a big reason why. McKendrick is a quick guard, capable of stopping and popping in the mid-range or from three. Excellent hang time and lift on those mid-range pull ups. He can torch the nets from deep, and seems unfazed by hands in his face. Is also capable of acrobatic finishes around the rim, especially in transition. Has cleared 30+ points scored in a game this year and regularly has produced in the 20+ points mark.

took full advantage of his opportunity to gain recognition but showcasing his talent on both ends of the floor. He was a nonstop mover who did a great job of creating space for himself on and off ball. He has great end-to-end speed which led to several tough finishes while attacking the rim off of steals. His shooting form was also clean and quick so he had no problems knocking down catch-and-shoot threes.
