Playing on a 2023-24 Franklin squad with a lot of senior depth and talent at the guard position, Darion Mitchell Darion Mitchell 6'1" Franklin HS | 2025 TX didn’t always come to the forefront for the Cougars. Now things are different because Mitchell is one of the most important returning 6A prospects in El Paso. He’s been making waves during the AAU circuit this Summer which bodes well because Franklin will rely on his shot-making and scoring this upcoming season. He has good height and length for the high school level and showed flashes of elite 3-point shooting as a junior.
