Regan is a sharpshooter at the point guard spot and does not try to force any shot he can’t make. He likes to run off of off-ball screens to the perimeter to free himself up for the open three-pointer. At 6’1″ with a quick release, he can get his shot off of most defenses that look to swarm him on the perimeter. He can attack the rim too with his strong upper body looking to apply extra pressure on the defense making him a three-level scorer on offense.

Regan is a sniper from three-point range and gets most of his shots within the flow of an offense as his teammates are always looking for him as he runs off screens to the perimeter. His feet are always set and his shot form is always the same no matter how contested the defense is on him. Regan can even finish at the rim well doing crafty reverse layups while evading defenses in the air. The pull-up shot in the midrange is another efficient shot for him.
