Danny showed great touch in the paint on Saturday night against Redondo Union and had 21 points in Foothill’s loss. Kennard came out hot with 10 quick points in the first quarter and was able to hurt Redondo repeatedly in close to the basket. He would do well to develop a greater variety of post moves to prepare for the next level, but he will have a very good season this year with Foothill.

Danny Kennard’s towering stature, approaching 7 feet, makes him a formidable presence in the paint. He excels on the glass as a rebounder and is particularly effective at altering opponents’ shots with his strong contesting ability. Additionally, he displays a decent touch around the basket, adding versatility to his game.
