Edwards caught our attention late last season with his 6-foot-5 frame and ability to finish at the rim. The Canby senior is a good athlete who can really run the floor and score in transition, but also play both in the paint and out on the perimeter in halfcourt sets. He’ll be a jack-of-all-trades kind of player for the Cougars this upcoming year in their quest for a 5A title.
Edwards competed with toughness as a hustle player, finishing effectively around the rim. His energy and effort gave his team extra possessions and momentum plays. He consistently found ways to contribute through activity and determination.
