Pleasant had a great run at Federal Way and now joins the 2024 class as a member of Elite Prep. He’s an explosive scorer with size and strength to pair with his plus shooting. One of the top players for Elite Prep this year, he can create off the bounce, is strong getting downhill, and has the size to rebound at a high rate while providing some defensive versatility.

Previous Rank: 55rnPleasant has long had the size and strength to be an overpowering offensive threat, but this season he seemed to find another level of consistency with his jumper, and it vastly improved his overall game and highlighted a lot of his shot creation skills. He was the main threat in the halfcourt for Federal Way on their run to a third-place finish at the state tournament.

The thing with Federal Way is they have ballers at each position. They are well-rounded and can attack from any spot. Pleasant is another guy who brings a combination of size, strength, and quickness to the court. He can stroke the three, handles the ball well, and is a freight train heading to the hoop. The one thing the Eagles were a little short on last year was outside shooting and from what I saw this summer, it looks like Pleasant has been working to make that a bigger part of his game.

No. 9 | Pleasant is thunder and lightning rolled into one guy. He is thick and strong, but fast too. Normally, a guy with his size, strength, and driving ability is susceptible to getting out of control, but Pleasant has phenomenal footwork when driving through the defense. He doesn’t try to do too much, plays within the team concept, and provides good secondary scoring going to the rim and burying the three ball.
