Jaztremski has been a guy showing considerable improvement in his overall game over the last several months as he provided a spark for First Flight off the bench last season amongst a veteran laden team. Now in the travel ball season he’s seeing reps as a feature guy with his skill and athleticism on full display. Jaztremski still has some work do to in terms of putting all of it together but the reps he’s getting in the travel ball season are really helping in that regard. He’ll be thrust into a feature role at First Flight next season which is something I think he’ll be ready for. Expect a lot of highlights from the beach over the next few years!

Jaztremski is a very intriguing prospect in this 2029 class whose versatile two way game was very apparent with this Flight 29 Outer Banks group. Jaztremski is coming off his Freshman season at First Flight where he showed a lot of promise and it appears he’s improve considerably since the end of the high school season. Jaztremski is consistently above the rim with a natural instinct to run the floor in transition. He also possesses quality touch from beyond the arc off the catch and his length + athleticism combo allows him to attack closeouts with bad intentions. Defensively, Jaztremski is very versatile, capable of guarding multiple positions, and a very active disruptor in the gaps looking for steals. Jaztremski continues to prove himself as a high level prospect in this 2029 class.
