The last prospect added to our 2028 rankings, Ball is a standout on the gridiron and already holds an offer to Cincinnati and has lined up visits to Ohio State, West Virginia, Penn State, Indiana and Maryland. With his future on the gridiron at the college level, Ball is a dominant wing athlete who flies around the court and throws down monster transition dunks. Playing in a deliberate Oak Hills offensive system, Ball gives them a different athletic edge that most of Coach Price’s teams haven’t had. Ball was a big reason why Oak Hills was able to go on a run to the regional final this season. Top football prospect but also a winning high school basketball player as well.
