Crocker is a physical interior presence. He sets solid screens and rolls hard to the rim. He rebounds his area and finishes plays inside. Defensively, he protects the paint and plays with strength. He has leaned out but kept his power and burst. His improved mobility allows him to cover more ground. He is a key piece in the frontcourt, providing solid rim to rim play.

defended versatile bigs with no issue as they played from the inside out, stretching to the wings or relocating through the post. He anchored the paint with length and timing, consistently putting himself in the perfect spot to erase mistakes and shut down drives. His helpside defense was always on time, rotating early to meet drivers at the lane line and wall up without fouling. Offensively, Crocker posted up on either block and established deep position, demanding the ball before going to work with his back to the basket. Using his physicality and footwork, Crocker finished under the rim or drew shooting fouls with power post moves.

has leaned out his frame while retaining his muscle and explosion. He is a rim protector and physical force in the paint. Offensively, in a screen and roll situation, he commands respect. This applies not only as the screener but also when rolling to the basket. Corbin is very effective on the offensive glass. More importantly, he will be grabbing defensive rebounds and will then throw to the outlet pass in an up-tempo offense.

is a rare find in today’s game—a true big man who embraces physicality and lives in the paint. He doesn’t float to the perimeter looking to stretch the floor. Instead, he punishes defenders with his strength, uses his size effectively, and finishes with force. If he gets a shoulder by you in the post, it’s over.
What impressed me most this weekend was Crocker’s ability to consistently draw double teams and make the right reads out of them. His midrange game is developing, but his foundation is built on rebounding, rim protection, and presence. He was the anchor for SA Rhythm, and while his game still has areas for growth, his effort level and identity as a traditional center give him long-term value.

is a big presence in the paint with his rim protection as he alters shots on a high level defensively. Throughout the weekend he averaged multiple blocked shots showing great anticipation around the basket. On both ends of the floor you can count on Corbin to show tremendous effort rebounding the basketball making a difference in that stat category in the games I watched him play. Offensively he scored in the paint posting up and using his size to go up strong against opposing post players. He took advantage of mismatches in the paint against the UnderRated Prospects especially using his physical tools. I was able to watch a bit of Corbin in the Prep Hoops Spurs City Shootout Tournament where I saw his back to basket play on display but glad I was able to watch his full game throughout the Kingwood Classic.

Corbin is a towering, strong forward that appeared simply unstoppable with his play throughout the tournament. He’s got a long frame and a solid build that makes him an absolute force in the paint. He collects clean blocks consistently and eats off the glass on both ends of the floor. I saw him get four rebounds on one possession at one point and had to just nod my head in awe. He’s vocal on the court and has a nice touch on his shots in the lane. He has the ability to get to the line easily and often and he’s calm and collected under pressure. His size gives him a big advantage in the key and he often has open looks from just that alone. His footwork is incredible and his overall game reminds me a ton of Arvydas Sabonis. Crocker is going to have a ton of eyes on him in the years ahead and his ascension will be a fun one to watch.

made his presence felt as a fundamentally sound big man. His ability to set solid screens and immediately seal his defender down the lane opened up clear passing lanes for his guards. His polished post footwork was evident, as he used drop-steps and spin moves to create high-percentage looks, finishing effectively over either shoulder. Another noteworthy aspect of his game was Crocker’s court vision with his back to the basket. He delivered pinpoint passes to cutters in stride, adding a valuable playmaking element to his post-game.
